Jonas found his basket from the Easter bunny Sunday night when he got home. He got really cool sports things made from chocolate - even a hockey puck! He also got some stickers, a book, and chocolate flavored chapstick!

Happy Easter!
Jonas got me a beautiful plant for Easter, and loved watering it (and his little one) with the hose. He enjoyed some time outside playing with his lawnmower and playing at Great Grandma Fran's house!
Playground
We couldn't go to swimming class on Wednesday, so we went to the playground instead for a few minutes!
Decorating Easter Eggs
Although we had plenty of smashed eggs, the kids had fun decorating them last week.

Sick :(
Jonas woke up yesterday morning and was bleeding from his ear. I took him to the doctor and he has a ruptured ear drum - most likely caused from an ear infection. Of course, Jonas never complained about his ears or played with them, but apparently he has a pretty high pain tolerance. He is on antibiotics and ear drops and is already feeling a lot better today. Please keep him in your prayers so that he has a normal, fast recovery. If everything goes well, there will be no long term side effects. Thank you!

Party Time!
Lisa and Matt held a "Meet Abby" party on Saturday. Jonas wasn't able to go since he was at Daddy's house, but I wanted to share these cute pictures!

I don't think we'll have any pro sports players in our family, but we sure had a good time watching Beth and Jonas try to make baskets and hit a ball with a bat!
Crabs
Jonas really likes to play with hermit crabs. Grandma got 3 of them for her house- one for each grandchild. Jonas will even pick them up when they are coming out of their shell now.
Sandbox Time!
It was so great to have a day nice enough in March to play in the sandbox. The kids loved it!

Great Grandma's House
We went to visit Great Grandma last night. She got to meet Abby, and Jonas had a lot of fun playing with his cousins, Chris and Dan.
