Niagara Falls
Jonas has been really into waterfalls ever since we camped at Letchworth this year, so I figured a trip to Niagara Falls was a good idea. We ate a picnic lunch, took a long walk around the falls and over the Rainbow Bridge to the Canadian side, and went on the Maid of the Mist. Jonas loved going on the big boat, and waved at the people passing by on the other boats.

Summerfest
We had another great year at Camp Pioneer's Summerfest! Jonas was old enough this year to do most of the activities. He especially enjoyed going down the big slide in the bounce house!

Last weekend was our cousin Chris' graduation party. Jonas played all day at the picnic. His favorite things were watching the fish in the pond and playing with his cousin Ben!

Play Place!
Jonas tried really hard to be brave in the Play Place, but he never made it all the way across that bridge! He kept turning around and going the other way. Poor Bethany never had a buddy to play with her on the other side.

Aunt Hope
On Thursday we went up to Sutton, Ontario to visit Jonas' Great Great Aunt Hope. I got to show him everything I always loved about her house, especially the bells and rolling down the hill!

Swimming!
Jonas went swimming in Uncle Larry's pool on Monday. He can swim all by himself with his arm swimmies on! He even jumps in and goes under water. He is quite the water bug!

Camping at Letchworth State Park
We started out our annual sibling camping trip with Uncle Mike's car not starting! Once that was fixed, we headed out to Letchworth State Park.
Jonas' favorite things at the campsite were stealing ice from the cooler and playing ladderball.
On Saturday, we hiked for about 2 hours to see the Lower Falls. Jonas was a trooper, but he needed to be carried for a while. It was a long hike!

On the way back to the campsite, Jonas and Bekah took a much needed nap.
Saturday afternoon, we went to a petting zoo. Jonas really liked petting all of the animals, and even tried to feed them! He also got a dinosaur balloon from Crystal the Clown, and broke it before we got to the car.
Saturday night we went to see fireworks. Jonas and Bethany both got really excited about it. Jonas would squeal and look at Bethany every time he saw one, so he missed half of them. That didn't matter to him though, he was psyched! We got back to the site at about 10:15, and Jonas went straight to bed. He was asleep within 2 minutes!
Sunday morning we took a short hike to see the middle and upper falls. Beth and Jonas ran almost the whole thing! Jonas especially like the train that crossed the bridge over the upper falls.
Buzzed!
Where'd all Jonas' hair go?!? Uncle Matt thinks Jonas is so awesome he had to copy his style!
Sprinkler Fun with Great Grandma!
Jonas and Bethany had a great time showing off in the sprinkler for Great Grandma. They got her all wet too!

Sprinkler Fun
Another fun day playing with water! Jonas has absolutely no trouble getting completely soaked!
Go Bison's!....Again
On Sunday, Jonas went to another Bison's game! This time he went with Mommy, Grandma, and Great Grandma. He picked Dippin Dots as his treat, and convinced Mommy to get them in the Bison's helmet. The highlight of the game - Jonas ran the bases! He ran as fast as he could, and high-fived Chip and Buster Bison on the way. He was super excited and proud of himself that he gave Buster a high five!

Jonas went to his first Bison's game of the year Friday night. It was "Star Wars Night", so he got to see a bunch of people dressed up like the characters from Stars Wars. He like the good guys, but he was too scared of the bad guys to get his picture taken with them. Papa bought him a light saber, which he happily waved around, nearly whacking people, all night. He picked a Freezie Pop for his treat, and it was almost as big as he is! He stayed up through the whole game, fireworks, and the ride home. He loved it!

Playing with the Hose!
Jonas and Bethany decided playing with the hose was more fun than watering the flowers!
Happy (Belated) Birthday Uncle Mike!
We went to Uncle Mike's birthday party a couple of weeks ago. Aunt Mary bought him a brand new grill, so we made him a cake to match! Of course, Jonas enjoyed eating it!
