Jonas woke up and found his Easter basket in less than 1 minute this morning...I guess the Easter Bunny will have to find a harder spot next year! He got a fun chocolate motorcycle and train, but the highlight was the new tag books!

On Thursday evening we went to Luke and Amelia's house for some dinner and egg decorating! A lot of the eggs got crushed...but we had a great time hanging out with friends!

Movie Time

We relaxed after lunch and watched some of Nanny McPhee (one of my current favorites). It was too much down time for Bekah, who fell fast asleep. Bethany decided to pretend to be sleeping, too!

We went to Borders today for a Dr. Seuss birthday event. As soon as we walked in Jonas said "This isnt too good. Where are all the decorations?!?" Super loud!

Aunt Lisa turned the big 3-0 on Saturday. We celebrated by going out to lunch at Red Lobster, followed by a party at Lisa's. And of course, we made her wear ridiculous things so everyone would know she's 30. Happy birthday Lisa - we love you!

Is My Food Really That Bad??

About a week ago, I made chicken, rice, and peppers for dinner. I told Jonas he had to eat 3 peppers since it was the only vegetable we had with dinner. He ate one, made a face, picked up another one, and asked to go to the bathroom. I followed him in there, and sure enough, he threw it in the garbage. I put another one on his plate, made him eat it, and after he finished it I let him have dessert. After dessert I gave him the "You are not allowed to hide or throw away your food" talk. He responded with, "Mommy, I have to show you something". He showed me behind the fridge....where he had thrown all his food from lunch!! Seriously?!? Imagine if he hadn't told me!
